An AI tool works as the person who connected it, in the company they chose, with exactly their access.
Read-only if you prefer
Untick "Work on drafts in your name" when connecting, and the AI tool can only read.
Your company decides
An admin can switch AI tools on or off for the whole company. Activities marked Not for AI apps stay with a person.
Drafts only, never live processes
An AI tool can draft a new process or changes to one, saved under that person's name. An author or reviewer then publishes it.
A record of what it reads
How2MapIt keeps a record of what an AI tool reads for each person, for 90 days. Disconnect it any time in My profile, Connected apps.
When there is no process yet
Once the work is done, the AI tool can record it as the person's own process or as a company draft. An author or reviewer then publishes it for everyone who does that work.
Ask about your processes
Your team can ask their AI tool how something is done, who does each part, what changed and what is waiting for their confirmation. If your admin allows it, managers can also ask who has confirmed a process.
